Hey, guys! It feels good to be posting on here again. It seems like it's been forever, though it's only been about two and a half months. My last post was full of innuendos I made concerning an erotic horror story I was writing at the time. The story is done, and I'm pretty happy with it. Just needs a decent polish and it'll be off to the publisher, so fingers crossed.
Meanwhile, I'm going through a divorce at the moment. Regardless of what you might have heard, it is NOT a pleasant experience. Thank God for my lack of assets and children. It makes it much easier courtroom-wise, sure, but as for my soon to be ex-wife...
In other news, my writing has been lacking as of late. Part of that had to do with my being computerless, sure. But the month of December was exhausting, both at work and in my personal life. However, I just bought a new computer yesterday. And while the ideas for stories/novels are slim, they're time consuming. And as I'm writing them, I'll no doubt be struck by some sort of cosmic intervention and think of a dozen new stories while writing a specific one. That being said, I did write a story about a Bigfoot that participates in a boxing match and a Venus Flytrap that eats the person that killed its human's family. High hopes for those.
I hope to begin updating this more often. I'll post more to come, but I'm hoping that pretty soon I'll be having a lot to promote to the handful of people that read these posts.
I've had a decent amount of work published from prior contracts in spite of my lazy end of the month, however, so keep an eye on my bibliography (which I'll also be updating, and thoroughly).
